• Estimates are free and come with no obligation to buy.
• Submitting a request, or starting one, does not create a contract, reserve a date or guarantee availability.
• Any price is an estimate based on the information available. Final pricing and scope are confirmed by Clear Bay, and may change after we see the property or if conditions differ from what was described.
• Please give accurate information and only request work for a property you own or are authorized to arrange services for.

Services

When you book work with Clear Bay, the services are governed by the estimate, quote or agreement provided for that job, including its scope, price, schedule and payment terms. If that job agreement conflicts with these terms, the job agreement controls for those services. Scheduling may change because of weather, safety or site access. Results depend on surface age, material and condition, and some stains or damage may not be fully removable.

Communications consent

By entering your email address in our quote form, you agree that Clear Bay may email you about your request, including if you start the form but do not finish it. If you provide a phone number, you agree that Clear Bay may call or text you at that number about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link or reply to opt out of marketing emails.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or someone else's information, sending spam or automated submissions, interfering with the website's security or operation, attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

Reviews, content and trademarks

The website's text, design, logos and images are owned by Clear Bay or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Clear Bay's total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Clear Bay and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that you were not authorized to provide.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim relating to the website that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the website after that date means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
